We ran the Mason District 5K organized by Bishops Events to benefit Spikes K9 Fund. Our students had fun and they continue to make progress on their runs.

This past Saturday we held a bike repair clinic for our students and the kids at Willston Multicultural Center. The weather was great and it was a big success. Eleven kids rolled away with a bike.

This past weekend was our student Nathan’s first amateur boxing match. Nathan has been boxing for almost two years. He trained hard for weeks in preparation for this fight.

In honor of tax day we decided to do a talk with our students on the importance of being financially responsible. We introduced them to basic financial terms as well as showed them the steps they can be taking now as teens to set themselves up for success.
